September 17 — 11 AM Worship
You can find the order of worship and songs here.

We praise what we love. It might be our favorite football team, band, or even a politician. And we defend the honor of that which our soul loves. Love zealously guards our beloved from dishonor. When people speak ill of our spouse, children, or even our favorite hobby, we take offense. How can we not? We praise what we love. We defend what we love.
This is why worship is so revealing. When we gather to worship, we profess our love for Jesus. In worship we declare that Jesus is worthy. In worship we remember and remind one another why Jesus is worthy. Worship that is mere sentiment can, and is, easily redirected to sing the praise of worthless idols. (And there are no worthy idols!) Remember, and remind yourself, that Jesus is worthy. And when we see that Jesus is truly and alone worthy of our worship, our hearts will be set free to worship.
