From the Archives
We recently read the book "Rediscover Church," which has taught us to think more deeply about God's gift of the church. We encourage you read this related post, "What Is the Church?" which is a summary of the first session of our membership class.
We invite you to join us for "12 for 22." Our aim is to read 12 great books for the year 2022. Whether you read all 12 or just one, you will find it well worth your effort. Please see the list here.
For the month of March we are reading "Amusing Ourselves to Death: Public Discourse in the Age of Show Business" by Neil Postman.
March 13 (Lord’s Day): Please note that the Daylight Saving Time begins. We spring forward one hour.
March 13 (Lord’s Day): Please join us for our monthly fellowship meal after the worship service.
April 3 (Lord’s Day): There will be our annual congregational meeting to present and adopt our new budget for the new fiscal year (April 2022–March 2023). We ask all communicant members to stay for the meeting.
June 13–16: All junior high and high school students are invited to the South West Reformed Youth Camp at Tahquitz Pines Conference Center in Idyllwild. More information will be forthcoming.
Thank you for your continued support of Grace Fallbrook (PCA). Your loving support makes the proclamation of the gospel and the building up of the saints possible. Please continue to mail in your gifts and offerings to our church treasurer, Bruce Summers. In addition, our church website now features online giving. Please visit the church website and click on "Give" which you will find in the upper left corner of our church's website. When you click on "Give Online Now" button on that page, you will be directed to the PCA Foundation where you can give towards Grace Fallbrook (PCA).
Before We Worship
The usual (and false) narrative is that the choice is between serving God and freedom. Nothing could be further from the truth. We are either ruled by our gracious King, or we are in bondage to sin's tyranny. We encourage you to read about Jesus' kingly office and reign here.
