12 for 2026

People who are very mindful about health are rightly very cautious about what they eat. No one is going to stay healthy for long on a steady diet of junk food. The same can be said of our spiritual and intellectual health. The mind that lives off bad thoughts will inevitably suffer. And the soul that feeds on diseased theology will be damaged.

The problem, sadly, is that poor thinking and sick doctrine often appear to us as how sugary junk food seem to little children. Just as children need the firm and wise guidance of their parents, so we need the wisdom of people who are mature and deep in their faith. That, of course, is why we aspire to read good books.

Below you will find a list of 12 books for the year 2026 I have prepared for you. With this list go my prayers and good wishes for this new year. May the Lord cause you to grow and aboud in every way.
