Before We Worship

This past Wednesday's study of Knowing God was all about boldness. For example, because we have been adopted into God's family as children, we have boldness to approach our Father. Our children never think twice about approaching us. When they are hurt and in pain, when they are excited and laughing, or simply when they are bored, they come to us. And so should we approach our heavenly Father.

And since we are God's children, we have boldness in life also. Just as we can approach the greatest Being in the world with boldness and confidence, so we can face the greatest obstacles in life with boldness and confidence, for our Father's loving eyes are always upon us to guide and provide.

Let us then call upon our Father this Lord's Day. And remember what privilege it is to call him Father.
