Before We Worship

The Presbyterian Church in America is holding its General Assembly next week, from June 28 – July 2, 2021 in St. Louis. The General Assembly is ordinarily an annual meeting of PCA's pastors and elders. However, like so many things last year, the General Assembly could not convene due to COVID-19.

As the PCA holds its General Assembly, it behooves all PCA members to pray for God's blessing. Each year a number of decisions are made and reviewed, and this year is no different. And we must never forget that God's Word and Spirit alone can guard the PCA from falling into error as so many denominations have done. Please be in prayer for the meeting of the General Assembly. It is our ardent desire that the PCA remain "Faithful to the Scriptures, True to the Reformed Faith, and Obedient to the Great Commission."
